Little Lyla was 4 days old when we took these, can I tell you how easy it is to get a baby to sleep through anything at 4 days. I wish every mom felt good enough to come when their babies are that tiny.
Skye came over and we tried some natural light. It was just fun trying something different when it's your own baby and it doesn't matter if they turn out. I think we got some pretty cute ones though.

The natural light is incredibly soft and beautiful... I especially love all the beautiful colors in the picture with the quilt that Lu made. I saw the pictures on Skye's website too. Katie, you are so blessed to have such talented, loving friends!
Someday when Lyla is all grown up with a beautiful head of hair, you will be so glad you got that mullet picture! My little one year old girl is still sporting a natural mohawk.
Oh Katie she is the sweetest thing ever. I Laughed when I saw the mullet picture. My girl was born bawled and everyone called her a boy. I wish she had had this much hair. You guys did such a great job. It's cool to see two sets of different pictures you guys got. Congrats! Enjoy ever stinkin moment with her. Your 3rd goes so much faster.
